Peter Pan Visual Novel Sprite Concept Development

This is the first Peter Pan character redesign. In this project, I took an already established character and redesigned it as if the character is from an entirely different fantasy genre. 'What if Peter Pan was from Steampunk world?' What if his Island of Lost Boys was actually some island that was full of clockwork crocks and iron golem sentinels? What would he look like? What would change and what would remain?
